Relayboard sample documentation
Relayboard is a fictional project tool for this work sample. These are authored examples of approved product knowledge, not documentation for a real service.
Notifications
Open Settings → Notifications and turn off Email updates to stop email notifications. In-app notifications stay on. Notification preferences apply only to your own account; they do not change anyone else’s settings.
Workspace roles
Admins manage workspace membership. Members can create and edit boards throughout the workspace. Guests can read and comment only on boards shared with them; they cannot browse other workspace boards or invite people. To invite a Guest, open the board’s Share menu and choose Guest.
Billing and account support
An Admin can view the workspace’s current plan in Settings → Billing. A payment or plan mismatch needs a support team member to check the account. A workspace name is useful context for that check; it does not verify identity or prove payment. Do not share payment details, passwords or private records in this demo.
