No-code tools often fall short when it comes to complex calculations, leaving businesses reliant on Excel. Enter Sparklite, the game-changer that integrates your Excel calculations directly into your app via an API. Avoid the convoluted process of transferring that logic into another app and instead, simplify your operations with these easy steps in Sparklite:
Step 1: Design Your Calculator
Kick off the process by crafting an Excel spreadsheet or utilizing Google Sheets to structure your calculations. If you're opting for Google Sheets, remember to download the file as an .xlsx file later.
As you set up your spreadsheet, ensure to label your input parameters as Xinput_{{parameter}} and outputs as Xoutput_{{parameter}}. These labels will guide Sparklite in identifying what should be sent as an input and transformed into an output.
Once your calculator is ready, move to Sparklite and choose "Create New API." Then, upload your crafted spreadsheet.
Step 3: Secure Your Credentials
After successfully creating your API, it's essential to store your URL, synthetic key and tenant name securely. These will be crucial when you integrate the API into your no-code projects. To access them, navigate to SEE API DETAILS and view the cURL instructions.
You can grab credentials from the cURL command

Synthetic Key

Step 4: Implement the API in Your Apps
Sparklite makes your work easier by offering resources for a variety of integration methods. Alternatively, you can duplicate the cUrl request to employ your go-to tool.
