With the PLUS version of our Daily Video Conferencing Plugin, you can embed third-party tools directly into your calls to enhance collaboration. This guide walks you through the steps of adding custom integrations, like Miro for whiteboarding or Google Docs for real-time collaboration.
1. Add the Daily Events Element
Place the Daily Events element on your page. A common practice is to position it inside a hidden popup, keeping it offscreen but still functional for capturing important events like joining a meeting.
2. Join the Room and Start Listening for Events
After joining the room, make sure to add the "begin listening" action. This step ensures that Bubble can capture and process events like the
joined-meeting event, which triggers your custom integrations.
3. Add the Joined-Meeting Event and Set Custom Integrations
Once you've joined the meeting, use the joined-meeting event to trigger the set custom integration action, embedding your chosen apps into the call.
